Mona Chalaby is many things.

The British data editor of the Guardian US, a chartmaker with tens of thousands

of followers on Instagram and Twitter, and self-described Queen of too much information.

Her hand-drawn charts illustrate everything from average female

hairiness to the impact of affirmative action, and they show that when it comes to stats, she's

interested in almost anything.

For example a while ago she became obsessed with the idea that she had a low masculine sounding

voice and decided to look up the data.

Turns out that impression was just in her head,

but it did lead her down a research path

which resulted in this audio graph.
