presence in your life. Okay, here's some pretty thought-provoking questions. What would you say

if you were completely honest with yourself and with God? I mean, is there anything that you're

withholding, that you're skirting around, that you've shoved into the basement of your soul?

Are you holding back in any way when it comes to being honest with God and with

yourself? Are you framing things in a way that you know aren't exactly accurate, maybe justifying,

talking around, you know what I mean, compensating? And why does it matter if we're honest with

ourselves and with God? What gets lost when we refuse to face what's true? Here's another question. What are we really afraid of? What's going on in your heart right now? Right now? What kind of day is it? What kind of season? What kind of moment? What's going on in your heart right now? I'm grateful for friends, grateful for God's love, and grateful for Jennifer Dukesley, whom I met many years ago. She joins me today to talk about her newest book, stuff I'd only tell God. And it's really my prayer that even during our conversation today that you'll dare to do some self-inventory and be more honest with yourself and with God than you've ever been in a really long time.

prayer of the righteous accomplishes great and powerful things. You know, I believe that with all my

heart. I am a praying person. And what I love about being part of the faith radio team is we are a

praying team.
