Good morning, Mark. Nice to speak to you. Let's learn some stuff about you. You're a triathlete. An aspiring triathlete. Yes, you could say that. So what's your primary athletic discipline there? Where did you start? It would be the running. So I've done about five or six marathons. So we're, yeah, in a few halves in between. Favorite marathon? Well, London, it has to be. And it's next week, isn't it? So yeah, it's quite topical at the moment. So yeah, I love it. Coming up very soon. I did it twice. Twice was enough for me. never again never again but I love the idea of it right it's just the consequences of it and the training for it that put it up. And so you started with running, and then what did you add in? Well, I devoted to the swimming and the cycling. The swimming was the hardest part because it wasn't such a strong swimmer. So, yeah, it had to put a lot of effort at that. Worth it, though, isn't it? It is definitely, definitely. the fitness and the mental kind of health definitely helps with all of that. And you got to doing Iron Man challenges. What's the most glamorous place in the world you've done a challenge? I want to say it's so much glamorous, but I did the Iron Man in South Germany in a place called Roth, which is beautiful, absolutely stunning location, but I'd
