Guess what? And I will be glad in rejoicing in regardless of the circumstance or the situation. I will be glad and I will speak it into existence. I will draw it to me. I will make it happen.

Are you hearing what I'm saying? A word for today is repetition. Guys, look, I just left. Yeah, I just left again. The studio doing voice over. You hear me? I just left the studio again doing a voice over.

You heard me say it on social media the first time I ever had that opportunity was about five years ago TNT to open up for the MBA basketball season and I fail and I fail miserably.

Are you hearing what I'm saying miserably, right? But I love it in order to go from one level to the next one of the tools we can use is repetition.

So when you hear your boy eat specifically say I had to get my reps up. I'm talking about repetition. Are you hearing me repetition?

Which means the act or the instance of repeating something or being repeated a motion or exercise.

And so I realized that while I was miserable, I had it in me. I knew I was a speaker.

This was a different exercise. This was a different art form. This was a different discipline, if you will, but still it fell under speaking and I knew I could do it.

And the tool that I had to use was repetition. I had to do it over and over and over and over again. I remember watching commercials with my wife and my wife would say, hey, did you see how that rains? You see how you did it?

Like go back rewind that like literally rewind and shoot rewind and say, okay, listen to the crescendo decrescendo. Like listen, like he used a small voice. Okay, this guy was a little loud. This guy was impact.

And I would just literally watch commercials doing football games, literally watch commercials doing baseball games like literally watch commercials doing basketball games.

And I would just listen and listen and listen. And then I would repeat and repeat and I would listen. Look, I didn't wait until I had an opportunity.

I would create scripts and I would create opportunities and I'm a bone. I would go for it. Are you hearing what I'm saying? Like I need you to hear me. I don't know if you heard what I just said. I would not wait for the commercials.

You I would make up my own commercials. Are you hear me? I wouldn't wait for opportunities. Right. So this is what I realized. I'm responsible. Listen to me. I am responsible for taking myself from subpar to average.

I'm responsible for taking myself from average to good. I'm responsible for taking myself from good to great in terms of virtual work. And I realized like I realized that I was subpar like I didn't fake it.

I didn't try to act like I was something that was I realized that that that not only was I not good. I was not going to be able to stay or I wasn't going to be able to get in that field. I wasn't going to be able to dominate in that area.

If I didn't practice, are you hearing what I'm saying? I was aware that the gift was inside of me, but I had to bring it out. I was aware and I made a choice guys. I made a choice to watch the commercials.

I made a choice that when no commercials are on and make up commercials. I made a choice to practice. I made a choice when I had opportunities. If I didn't have an opportunity. I made a choice to read billboards as I was driving my car.

I made a choice as I was going through the airport and I was seeing billboards to say that I live in practice. I made a choice guys.

Are you hearing what I'm saying? I made a choice. I was aware. I realized I was responsible. I made a choice. Are you hearing what I'm saying? And I need you to make a choice. I need you to realize. I need you to be aware.

I need you to do something about it. Repetition is the tool. Repetition deep is the impression. People forget paper remembers. Write it down and repeat it.
