Let's get your mind right Monday. It's Nees Showbo and today I have a special gift for you.

0:05.8

It's a throwback. All right. I've done this about two times now. This is the third time I've

0:09.8

doing this. I'm revealing to you guys a personal affirmation track that I created for myself that I've

0:16.3

used to condition my subconscious to perform at a high level over and over and it did its job. And I want

0:22.7

to share it with you guys because I want to teach you and show you how specifically to do it

0:26.5

yourself. All right? So this particular track, as many of you know, I was a firefighter for three

0:31.3

years. And before I became a firefighter, I had zero experience. So that means everything that

1:12.0

about how I approached it.

1:13.8

So one of the ways that I did this was I sat down and I wrote out everything that I possibly

1:20.1

needed to know about being an apparatus operator.

1:23.8

This is what this is about, which is basically driving the rig.

1:26.7

So in part of, in their first year,

1:28.8

I had to learn how to also drive the rig. And that means being the one responsible for pumping water

1:34.9

to a fire. So that means if I don't pump water correctly, people are dying. So if I don't pump water

1:40.7

correctly, people are dying. So I needed to be on point. So I sat down, even though I was overwhelmed with all of this information and all of these things I needed to know, I knew about how my brain worked.
