And it's funny, man. It always kind of tripped me out how most people look at mondays because they look at them like they suck right like oh man it's

monday i got a case of the mondays and the reason why they're doing that is because they're thinking

about all the things that they have to do.

And they're imagining them in a way that doesn't get them excited about it.

And that means they value being comfortable over growing.

And we all know that growing requires pain and struggle.

What I'm suggesting that you do today is decide to value growth over comfort.

Growth over comfort.

That means the question is not, is this going to feel good the question is

is this going to make me grow and if the answer is yes then do it all right so think about the

things you got to do today what is your vision require of you is this task that's in front of you, that you're dreading?

Is it going to help you grow?

And if so, do it.
