I am a 16 year old Japanese Canadian actress from Vancouver.

In my free time, I love dancing, baking, hanging out with my friends, just being a regular

Are there things that you've learned from dancing that help you as an actor or in real life?

Oh, so many things.

I think from the acting perspective, dance teaches you how to take corrections very quickly.

You know, your dance teacher will tell you to fix your posture, do your arm a certain

way, and that's something you have to be able to adapt to very quickly.

And with acting, that is also a very similar thing that happens on set.

They'll give you a note, and of course you want to quickly adapt to that and change

your reading or how you do things as quick as possible.

So dance definitely taught me how to be very flexible.
