| 1:14.1 | and I was one of the founding athletes for this new American volleyball league here called League One. |
| 1:18.5 | I play for Salt Lake City, and I'm also a two-time Olympian. I was in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics |
| 1:23.5 | and the 2024 Paris Olympics, where we won a golden Tokyo and a silver in Paris. What about training for the Olympics? Yeah. How do you prepare such a huge event? I remember my first training session, the summer of the Olympics in Tokyo. And Jordan Polter and I were talking to each other and we were just like, I'm going to do everything 110%. I'm going to come in early and I'm going to do my rehab. I'm going to eat the best that I can eat. I'm going to make sure that I'm getting my sleep. Like everything becomes dedicated to it because one, you still have to make the team. Like no roster spot is ever guaranteed. So you want to work really, really hard. And so it really becomes dedicated to doing the 1% things properly. |
