0:19.2	I'm so happy to be here. This is so fun. Kim, thanks again. Thank you. Thanks for having me.
0:23.0	You just talk a little bit about, you know, a lot of people, I think, have a tough time just getting started.
0:29.1	Just that one thing, just focus on one small thing. I always tell somebody, you know, just have one goal.
0:34.1	It seems so far away, but they don't understand we all started. We all started very small.
0:39.0	With the same fear. Yeah. Oh, lots of fear. I knew nothing about real estate. I knew nothing about
0:44.1	cash flow. I'd only learned, I had only been raised probably similar to most people. You know,
0:50.3	we hear about the stock market a little bit, and I didn't understand that, But all it was like, save your money and put it in a 401k.
0:57.9	And so I had no idea about real estate.
0:59.4	But I was basically just drove around and I'd see a sign, like a for sale sign, and I'd call the broker.
1:06.2	And even doing that, because I didn't even, wasn't quite sure what questions to ask.
1:10.4	Yeah.
1:11.3	It's like,
1:17.0	okay, is this like a rental neighborhood or is it no? And some people say, no, they don't want a rental. They don't want rental people here. And that was a big lesson because I did buy one
1:21.6	property that the owners did not want renters in their community. But no, I was scared to death.
1:28.1	I'm like, I found this little two-bedroom one bath house.
1:31.0	It was literally a 10-minute walk from my house where I lived.
1:35.8	And I didn't know what I was doing.
1:37.5	And sometimes ignorance is bliss.
1:39.6	And it was $45,000.
