Have you ever been around an angry person? You know, the kind of person who just can't

let go of anything? Maybe you are that person. Maybe you have been wronged in your life.

Maybe just maybe God's asking you to let go of bitterness and anger and move ahead with

him. If that's you today, you might want to pay close attention to Ephesians 4 verse 26.

Here it is in the message, go ahead and be angry. You do well to be angry, but don't use

your anger as fuel for revenge, and don't stay angry. Don't go to bed angry. Don't give

the devil that kind of foothold in your life. In Ephesians 4, we are advised right here to

let go of grudges, to let go of bitterness. And actually, this council is so vitally important

that the entire chapter is devoted to principles on how to deal with anger. Do you know that

it's been said that bitterness is like swallowing a poison pill myself and expecting the other

person to die? Have you heard that saying before? Someone years ago said that to me, and

it impacted me so tremendously because I have lived around anger and bitterness most
