It's so easy to forget that we actually create how our day goes for us.

So I was getting ready the other morning and I am not a morning person full disclosure. I think most of you have gathered that at this point. I love sleeping. I'm very good at it. If I didn't use multiple alarms, I am not joking you. I would probably naturally rise at like maybe 10 a.m. Okay? So when I was looking in the mirror as I was doing my morning face routine and all the stuff, I went,
