God is amazing I dealt with racing thoughts since I was a kid because I just a knowledge guy. So, you know, anything in the house. My mama, they had to be careful what they brought in the house because I was going to read it. I'm just going

read it, read, I mean anything in the bathroom. I knew all the chemicals in all of the

everything, the detergent. I'm reading the detergent box. I'm reading everything. That's just

how I was. I want to know everything. I just, and so I would just put a lot of stuff in my head, and then I would have trouble getting stuff out of my head, and things would swirl around. Then when I got saved, then when I started doing the truth behind hip hop, I was having real bad insomnia most of the time when I was doing the truth behind hip hop, and I thought it it was I just didn't need sleep because I had so

much to do for the Lord but of course that's not true I was having trouble sleeping because I wasn't

properly managing my thoughts and I ain't know how and these are some things I believe is going to

help you man when I learned these things when it's bedtime I asked my wife now because you. Man, when I learn these things, when it's bedtime, I asked my wife.

Now, because she remember, you remember when I just couldn't, man, I couldn't sleep.
