Hi, everybody. I'm Megan Spillan. I'm here to chat with you about how to build a thriving and interactive podcast community. And I'm so excited to be chatting with you today. I hope by the end of this, you are so, so confident and knowing, is a podcast community right for you? Is this something that will provide value back

0:22.4

into your business? We will be talking about the what, why, and how to go about doing this.

0:28.1

So this will give you confidence in knowing, is this wasting your time, or is this something

1:29.9

mean it to your community. Your podcast listeners, you have an audience. This is an audience of

1:37.0

people that are listening to you. Is it a community? No. A community is a safe and supportive place

1:44.0

that offers connection and engaging with one another.

1:47.9

So if there is a spot where people have a common purpose to come together on or offline,

1:55.0

that is a community.

1:57.0

So you just want to get that clear as far as what a community is because you may or may not be at the forefront of having your community.
