in the tax bill. We got the brackets. It's like March Madness. We wait for our brackets,

see where our team's going to play. This time we got the brackets. We know what income levels

the brackets will be affixed to. They kept acting like that was a minor detail.

That's like that is the tax code. That's like most of the tax cut. Okay, so here is my one question,

one question only. Is this a tax cut or cut cut cut as Trump wanted to brand it? Or is this really,

as they say, tax reform easy? This is a tax cut. It is not tax reform. Tax reform would normally be

what they call revenue neutral. It doesn't raise taxes. It doesn't lower taxes. It raises the same

amount of taxes, but it fundamentally changes how taxes are raised. So for example, one idea that
