I'm Shanay Alexander and this is the podcast we talk to your problems and we

attempt to give you our best advice. We have I got a two for one special here

today like I feel honestly so lucky I actually love doing three people I mean not doing three people but I mean maybe I love

having three people in the pod we have Krista and Lindsay from almost podcast. I'm sure everybody knows you

Everybody knows you guys maybe maybe they do maybe they don't know what's sort of cave have you been less living in if you don't know these ladies but

tell us a little something about yourselves guys and and it doesn't have to be

professional but it can be.

Okay, I'm so happy to be here.

We had the best time on our show with you and we've just been talking all day and I was sitting here

before I interview I'm like, oh, I'm really grateful for today just to enjoy both of our conversations so thank you for that.

But I'm Krista so I grew up a small town in Ohio and I was corporate world most of my life.

I tried to follow the normal path of what was set out for me, being a girl from a small town in Ohio.

That led me to a lot of anxiety and depression and a lot of failures, trying different roles in different jobs and different careers, but eventually I found

Lindsay and we created the show and it really just fulfills parts of me that you know

have been so important but I wasn't able to fulfill curiosity

transformation growth whatever so basically we just share really honestly

and vulnerability and you know we're here to support people in their evolution and

that's what I love to do.

Yeah. Yeah it's been it's been such a wild ride and I think just the theme of my life
