0:49.0	Well, I'm being kind of in a situation, and I'm trying to figure out how to dig myself out of a hole.

0:58.6	So I'm 28. You know, I'm married, got two kids, a five-year-old and a three-year-old.
1:06.1	About three years ago, we were kind of in a situation.
1:09.9	We were renting a house. It was just disgusting. It was mold infested. Our second was on the way, and we decided to buy a house, and it was not really a great time to buy, but we didn't really have an option. I don't feel like we've really bought out of our means. It's just been
1:30.4	a lot of things happening leading into it. Okay. And then attacking stuff on top of it.
1:37.5	Bought the house for about $149,000. We were doing good. My son got really sick, started,
1:43.8	you know, developing seizures.
1:46.2	We fought that for several weeks, destroyed the nest egg that I had put back for us, missing work, trying to stay caught up on bills.
1:55.3	We ended up falling behind on the mortgage, and I had to refinance it for a higher interest rate and a longer term.
