0:10.1	being here and for writing the waves of inspiration with me. You know, it's when I first started
0:18.7	this podcast, I got a little formulaic and there was a solo cast a week and an interview a week.
0:24.6	And over the course and history of doing this, I've just gotten into this place where one of the reasons why I love it is because of my connection with you and the message that I receive on Instagram and,
0:39.2	you know, just knowing that there's other women like us on the same journey who have the same
0:46.0	big dreams and desires and have the same challenges and frustrations and stuck points.
0:52.5	And also, I think this whole journey that we are in post-pandemic
0:57.8	is getting really great at being ourselves, getting paid to be us, doing life more on our terms,
1:06.6	living with more freedom and richness of experiences than ever before.
1:12.2	And one of the ways that I have been doing this is giving myself permission to really do my
1:22.5	business on my terms, which sometimes means doing a podcast every day.

1:29.2	I don't know if it's been a month since I've done one, but it also feels like 10 minutes.
