I'm not suggesting it's not there but it does seem like that's major authority

and the basis for the claim seems to be a misfit that is Chief Justice Roberts

during the oral arguments of the hotly anticipated tariffs case yesterday at the Supreme Court.

Let me throw in. The CNN headline is Trump threatens to cut flights at 40 airports. That's a slightly different take on what is probably the biggest story of the day. We will get to that. It's got to do with

the government shutdown coming up in a little bit. I think the headline is CNN still exists

and anybody watches it. A pile of garbage. So there were oral arguments yesterday around this

giant, giant tariff decision, and you listened to them? How many hours did you listen to?

Well, there were two and a half hours worth, and I've just got half an hour to go.

Wow, that's dedication. Yeah, I'm fascinated by this stuff. I love it. It's the road I did not travel.

It's like a super hardcore football fan listening to a conversation between Bill Belichick and, you know, another legendary coach.

So I just really enjoy it.

But we've all heard the caveats, right?

It's difficult to read the tea leaves of the oral arguments, blah, blah, blah.

And the other thing I think a lot of people who aren't into this don't realize is that it's not like they flip
