We're joined by Stacey St. John. Stacey St. John is a CEO and founder of a short-term rental

business cozy getaways. It's based in Myrtle Beach in South Carolina in the USA. Stacey owns a

seven-figure real estate investment portfolio. She's an short-term rental mentor, a keynote speaker.

She's the creator of the wildly popular Facebook, a female Facebook group for short-term rental

investors. She also founded the short-term rental society in 2021. She's recently become an

international best-selling author in Hospital hosts, which I'm excited to talk to her about.

And her signature approach is teaching women how to set themselves up for success, to grow their

wealth and to live their best life. And just before we dive into Stacey St. John's story,

and what the motivation was behind starting that business.

Yeah, sure. So, prior to starting to invest in short-term rentals, my husband and I were

investing in long-term rentals, and we were also doing some real estate flip projects here in Ohio,

where I live. And we were actually just finishing up a flip and COVID hit.
