Morning everybody, welcome along to your free podcast for today, being Wednesdays day, which is a nice day, isn't it?

The papers have sort of laid off over the last couple of days, as you know, we've had Dolly Parton all over the papers.

Now she wants her own Dolly festival over in the Blue Mountains of Tennessee, and she'll probably end up having that because that's what she likes doing.

I see no reason why we can't have country. Do we have country festivals in this country?

I mean, you know, country music is very popular.

People years ago used to dismiss it as all big hair and songs about,

and the car crash and my daddy died and my mummy died and my lover died

and the dog got killed and all that kind of stuff.

Now it sort of moved on a little bit, so I see no reason why it shouldn't happen. Yesterday, of course, we had Rolf Harris.

Today you've got the pictures of Rolf Harris and Jimmy Saville at Broadmoor, having a high old time,

both probably little realizing that all these years later they'd be appearing in court. Well, Jimmy Saville wouldn't be

appearing in court because luckily for him, he died before that. I mean, that would be the icing on

the cake to get Jimmy Saville into court and start, because I mean, I don't think we'd have a court

case like it. I wonder whether or not his arrogance would have shown through. You can only hazard a guess. He was an arrogant little twerp at the best of

times. And I wonder whether or not, if it ever got to that case where they would, you know, be able to

take him into court, you know, before he died, I wonder how he would have reacted. What do you've

got, it's all nonsense, all rubbish and all this kind of thing. And then gradually, as more and more

people would have come out, then gradually we would have realized that quite clearly Jimmy Saville was the serial paedophile, and that's some of the polite words

you can use about him. I don't think we've ever seen anybody like that in this country ever before

or ever again. Well, I'm hoping we don't see that ever again. I can't think there could be anybody

who commanded such revulsion from people. People were going to smash his gravestone up

and everything. So, you know, better off dead, as far as I'm concerned. Some of these celebrities
