So happy to be here.

And so many good things to talk about today.

We'll be talking about Elder Gong's Talk.

All things for our good.

And we're going to be in the Old Testament.

And then we're also going to be talking about prep week. Can you believe it's time for prep week which is so

crazy oh happy about that I already know so let me grab Rio and then we will dive in

hi Rio good morning hi Okay. And you're off to do something fun, so we should just tell everyone about what you're doing. Yes. I'm in a really bougie holiday in, everyone. It's very fancy. But I am actually on my way to meet some of my girlfriends and we signed up to do a

multi-sport race and I've never even signed up for a race before in my life so this is very new

and very nerve-wracking but it's in Washington so I'm doing a kayak and mountain bike leg so

wish me love you guys I'm wishing you so much luck right now that's so fun that you're

doing that what a fun weekend feels good to just kind of do something brand new it felt like the

time okay that's going to be so awesome so i was telling everyone we're in the old testament

we're in elder gongs talk. We'll do that.
