this up. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche announced former FBI director Jim Comey has been indicted

for threatening the life of Donald Trump after Comey posted to Instagram this.

86-47. Trump being the 47th president of the United States. In 86, everyone believes means

getting thrown out of a bar because you've had too much to drink,

but the Department of Justice says it's something far worse.

Let me read you the actual indictment.

On or about May 15th, 2025 in the Eastern District of Northern Carolina,

the defendant, James Brian Comey Jr., did knowingly and

willfully make a threat to take the life of and to inflict bodily harm upon the President of the

United States, and that he publicly posted a photograph on the Internet social media site,

Instagram, which depicted seashells arranged in a pattern

making out 86, 47, which a reasonable recipient who is familiar with the circumstances would

interpret as a serious expression of an intent to do harm to the president of the United States.

A reasonable judge would throw this out of court immediately.

The indictment goes on to say, in violation of Title 18, United States Code Section 87.1A. That's the first count. Count two.

On or about May 15, 2025 in the Eastern District of Northern Carolina, the defendant, James

Brian Comey, Jr., knowingly and Wilfley did transmit an interstate and foreign commerce,

a communication that contained a threat
