What's a cure in everyone? Long time no see or hear, listen, me and Luke have a very special episode

the listeners sent in their questions. It's basically making our rugby team out of a cyclist,

Do you miss me? Yeah, I did miss you, but the nice thing about your profession is that I can

always keep in touch with you by tuning in either to your sport or to ITV4 and see what you've been

up to. It felt like a bit of a rollercoaster ride will get into your summer, but it made me remember

that for people who want to support you in big races, for your family, for your friends,

it's never easy, is it? No, no, that's the lifestyle of a pro athlete, or maybe mine's a bit more

up and down, literally. But it wasn't one of the best summers, like you say, we're getting into that

in a bit, but yeah, there's very one way that is though, isn't it? You can follow me and watch me,
