Summary

Most states require some form of voter authentication.  IDs, affidavits, you name it.  This hasn't been a problem until very recently, when Georgia passed a voter ID law.  Why such an innocuous change caused a nationwide freakout is anyone's guess.  Our vote is for someone, somewhere, being evil.  We have no real reason to believe that, but we've never been wrong before.  It's called playing the odds.
