4 to state 13, Georgia Tech 16 to open the Mike Norville era at Florida State.

Certainly not the result that any listeners of this show were hoping for and ultimately

a disappointing start to the Mike Norville era.

I'm going to go over here to some quick things.

So I think we have to start on the office side although there is a decent argument to

be made that the defensive side of the ball is equally as disappointing tonight.

But I'm going to start on the offense for this reason.

Georgia Tech's defense, I don't think is a good defense, it's not a horrendous defense

but it's certainly not a good defense.

And tonight they were missing arguably three of their four defensive lines starters or at

least the guys who they projected to start on the defensive line.

They were also missing one of their top defensive backs.

And look, that is the reason why I'm going to lead with the offense.

Because Florida State barely managed to put up 300 yards against it, I think probably

average it best, Georgia Tech defense that didn't have, I don't say half of its best players,
