Basically, he's sitting in all the offensive meetings this, that and the other. And that works.

But there's a common denominator between all these coaches for this to work. And people say, oh, well, you know, micro managing this that and the other doesn't work.

It can really be a detriment to you if you don't do it the right way. But there's one common denominator.

They let their coaches coach. And that has a domino effect that you don't really see unless you're inside the building on the staff on the team.
