Yeah, appreciate it. I got to get to Nashville sooner or later. It's been a minute. And, you know, I've always come up there. I've got to stop in to see you. But it's been a while since I've been up there. Barton Simmons over, Vandy's been on my butt. And I've got to go to the home office to see some folks. Yeah, man, Vanderbilt. It's kind of lucky. Tennessee is going to have to play him later, but maybe Georgia may have dodged a bullet, not getting Vanderbilt. Could you ever imagine saying that in your lifetime? Everybody. You know, I talked to Barton in August, and we were just talking, and he's fine when he's saying it now, obviously. But I said, Bart, how good are y'all? He goes, Rusty, I don't know how we're going to do wins and lost.

This is the best team we've ever had by far.

He's like the NFL scouts come here, and they're like, y'all got 10 or 12 guys. You know what I mean? And just a credit to them, but a credit to Barton. I mean, I don't think he's not a limelight guy. never has been but I'm telling you behind the scenes what they've done roster wise the

portal how they've used that and I don't think Vanderbilt's going anywhere anytime soon. Don't give me, I know they've got like 50 guys that are 30 years old. I don't give it them. You know what I mean? That thing is built right. It's an unbelievable city. Now they've got Rev Share.

Vanderbilt's not going anywhere.

I don't care what you say.

They're going to be a tough out for everybody.

Yeah.

Well, of course, the dogs remain a tough out. But does it surprise you at all that this year seems like every game, Georgia, every game's a frigging battle?

I know Kirby's, you know, he hits on that after every game. It's it's weak by week by week proposition, but man, they could be, they could easily be undefeated. They could easily be, what, one and three? Two and three. Something like that. Yeah. I mean, it's, I don't know if this is the new norm.

Mike, everybody's good.

Everybody's pretty close.

And you look at this thing and you look at the Tennessee game and they had everything

had to go right for tennis for Georgia in the last 10 minutes to win that game.

Everything had to go right.

And it did.

And you look at the Alabama game and it had some things go go against them and just couldn't finish that off. And you look at this Auburn game. I don't know that I've ever seen a game turn like that in my life based off one moment in a game. And we're going to talk about that. But I just, this is really the cardiac kids. It's the damnedest thing. It's the

damnedest thing I've ever seen with a team. I've said this on every podcast I've been on.

They're not, this is not as talented as 21. They're not as talented as 22. But I'm telling

you right now, this team will fight their ass off, man. And you know Kirby Smart loves that about them because you have to not them out.
