Number 5. Smile for the Camera.

Rinaldo Rivera was born in Madrid, Spain back in 1963.

The son of a doctor, his family relocated to Puerto Rico when he was seven, and by the time he was 19, he had joined the U.S. Navy.

He went on to earn a college degree from the University of South Carolina.

After that, he got married on Valentine's Day in 93, had two children, and the family settled in North Augusta.

By 1998, Rivera was working as a tire inspector for Firestone, and on paper, he was just an

ordinary guy.

By beginning in the summer of 1999, something very unordinary started happening in this area
