0:56.0	Three were against Trump himself. The rest were against his co-defendants including Mark Meadows and Rudy Giuliani.
1:02.0	One of those counts that was thrown out
1:04.1	was directly tied to Trump's phone call
1:06.6	to Georgia's Secretary of State,
1:08.1	urging him to find more votes.
1:10.1	The judge said that the counts in question,
1:12.0	quote, lacked sufficient detail, D.A. Fawny Willis could refile them.
1:16.5	Her office declined to comment on whether she would earlier today.
1:20.1	We are still, of course, waiting on the judge's ruling about whether Willis herself should be disqualified for the case because of her relationship with one of her prosecutors.
