We're going to pick up on the filing where we left off yesterday. The last thing we talked about was the emotional victim impact testimony and how the appeal filing points that out as something that could have swayed jurors in their deliberations and we picked back up with the same topic.

They mentioned Hannah May's boyfriend, Corey Holdren, offering testimony about how wonderful their relationship was,

how great of a mom Hannah May was, and their last text message

conveyed their love for one another.
