We learned today that he simply failed to file his financial disclosures.

Just didn't file it at all when those are critical to the ethics investigations.

And also it's financial disclosures are at issue in the criminal case, federal criminal

case against him in the Eastern District of New York.

And then on the same day, we learned that his top campaign aid, someone by the name of

Samuel Mealy has been federally indicted as well for engaging in wire fraud and counterfeiting

and impersonating Kevin McCarthy's chief of staff in order to bring in money for the

Santos campaign by pretending he was McCarthy's chief of staff, creating a phony email account,

sending phony email messages, and then earning commissions based on defrauding contributors
