that led to this were beyond amazing.

They were of an area in the middle of the desert that was intercepting springs that were caused by clouds colliding with porous rock mountain peaks

and creating one of the most amazing productive systems

that probably exists anywhere in the world, let alone exists in the middle of a desert.

And the technology being used in these production systems was so exceptionally innovative, so exceptionally high tech in its way, and yet extremely

low tech and ancient.

You know, when we talk about there were advanced societies in the past, I think this, not

necessarily this thing, but this is the type of thing we are talking about.

It doesn't mean like some cartoon with Atlantis and people driving around in George Jetson floating cars.

What it means is that humans are incredibly intelligent and innovative as a species,

and that thousands and thousands of years ago, even beyond recorded history,

which these don't go back beyond recorded history, but even if you go back beyond recorded history, you go back, you know, more than 10,000, 20,000, 30,000 years ago, your ancestor that was walking around on two feet, 30, 40, 50,000 years ago, 100,000 years ago, intellectually was as advanced as you are today.
