Burned out Gen Zers.

The New York Post claims Gen Zers and millennials are burned out in corporate America, which I can understand that.

They're looking to stop working for a while as part of an adult gap years or

many retirements. If you have the money, I'd say you shouldn't do this. I've never been in a

situation where I could just say, I'm going to take a year off. Have you? Absolutely not. I've been

working since I was 16 and I wish I could. You? Not voluntarily. Right. Radio is a tough

business. With COVID head, I was out of work for a year and a half. There is very stressful,

but also there were some parts of me that were like, this is lovely.

They say here, this could be more fuel for the generational divide.
