Summary

Motherhood isn’t easy, but it is worthy, valuable, and important. Moms today are inundated with lies stemming from a secular worldview and many might even describe their journey in motherhood as drowning in unmet expectations and failures. Not only are Moms tempted to fall into the trap of these cultural strongholds but they are also being led astray into wayward parenting philosophies of the day, finding they had “traded one yolk for another” and are realizing that the pendulum swing is not a fun ride but rather leaving them bound to a new form of legalism called gentle parenting, conscious parenting, or the like which put a pressure on parents to fulfill a whole new set of expectations to attain the title of “perfect parent.” Join Angie Tolpin (mom of 9) and Abbie Halberstadt (mom of 10) for a lively AND HONEST conversation about motherhood, discussing many topics covered in Abbie’s newly released book, “You Bet Your Stretch Marks.”
