The Abrahamic covenant and the mistaken conception.

Yeah, it really sounds, it sounds really good and then really naughty.

Well, it is naughty.

And there's a lot of naughtiest going on in the Bible.

But that's the best part about the Bible is that you don't have to be perfect

coming from the perfect number one, eneagram one, for those of you, eneagram fans out there. And that would

be you, not me. That would be me, not Susan. I'm the perfect. But you don't have to be perfect.

And that is absolutely proven by almost every story in the Bible. And so last episode, we were talking

about some early Bible foreshadowing my personal Bible bender, Malchizedek, the priest, who is actually a

picture of Christ. And he shows up in the Old Testament and the New Testament. And you actually

said that name right. So kudos to you. Well, I've heard you say it for probably

a year now. It took me a year. But now I'm pronouncing it correctly. Thank you very much.

And that's the only thing that I can not be perfect on is pronunciation of names. But the other thing

that we had in chapter 14, which was last episode, was the promise from

chapter 12. It was fulfilled and Abraham has become a great nation. Abraham has become a great

name. However, his descendants are still none, zero. Zero. And that is another theme that runs throughout the Bible. There's a promise and

God's given you a promise. And what are you going to do with that promise? Are you going to believe

God and his promise because he keeps his promises, spoiler alert? Or are you going to go on your

own accord and think that you got this and you're going to figure
