Summary

The Human Equation with Joe Pangaro – The United States is experiencing a moment of cultural and ideological transition. The real issue is not whether one system—capitalism or socialism—is inherently good or bad. It is whether Americans still share enough common identity to sustain a sense of national purpose. Citizenship requires more than residence; it requires...

This is the Human Equation, where every voice counts and every truth cuts deep.

Good evening, everybody, and welcome to the Human Equation. I'm your host,

0:25.6

Joseph Pangaro. So I've been thinking a lot about the format of our get-togethers here. Now, I like to have

0:35.3

the panel on. The problem is, it's been scheduling is really the truth.

0:42.1

To have three other people on is a scheduling nightmare. I could have them zoom in, you know,

0:48.5

or some kind of internet platform. I prefer to have the men of the platform in the same room with me. We kind of,

0:56.3

we have lots of different personalities on the panel,

1:29.5

and that's what really helps because it gives us a bigger view of the world

1:34.6

because you're getting different points of view from people who see it differently, right?

1:39.3

That's part of the human equation.

1:41.8

So I'm thinking one of the things I might want to do is I might want to add a monologue,

1:51.5

a specific monologue. Now, since it's usually just me here and you and we're talking,

1:59.1

I guess the whole program is really a monologue, but I cover topics, right? And I think one of the

2:07.9

things that a monologue, a specific monologue does, is that I take a topic, some kind of a topic,
