1:00.7	I had an opportunity to go work for a bigger construction development company in town.
1:04.8	And when I got there, they were immediately were just extremely disorganized, but they were making
1:10.4	money hand over fist.
1:11.9	And granted, take it back into 2011, not a lot of construction companies at that time were making money.
1:18.0	Actually, I can tell you, very, very few were.
1:20.1	And if anybody was even in construction, they were second guessing themselves.
1:23.8	But these guys had a system that was just able to make a ton of money due to the
1:29.5	misfortune of people being overextended. And one of the things that I saw them doing was they were
1:34.7	building new construction homes. They were buying and flipping homes. They were crushing tax
1:40.3	auctions. And I just saw them just absolutely crushing the market at times. And I thought to
1:46.8	myself, why couldn't I do this? Why can't I just take a little bit of each thing that they got
1:51.8	going on and do it for myself? But do it in my industry, specifically in remodeling and focus a lot of
