Summary

When we originally covered the General Lafayette Inn in early 2015, we named the episode after its then current incarnation: Barren Hill Tavern and Brewery. That endeavor closed in 2016 and was reopened as The General. That too closed, in January of 2020. Today, it is owned by business guru Michael M. Carter who runs it as a business incubator called The Mission Corporation. The building is beautiful and has stood for nearly 300 years outside of Philadelphia, meaning it has an extensive history. Stories of unexplained happenings have been told about the property for years. Join us as we explore the history and hauntings of the General Lafayette Inn!

1:15.0	Baron Hill Tavern and Brewery. Well that was only in that location for three years
1:19.2	and in 2015 that's what it was so we named it that but before that it was the
1:24.8	general Lafayette Inn and that's what it was for many many years so I decided to
1:28.7	name the reducks after that because that was there longer than this other
1:32.1	location which has had two other businesses move in because that was there longer than this other location,
1:32.9	which has had two other businesses move into it
1:35.5	since we covered it.
1:36.9	Oh my goodness, yeah, better to go back to the OG.
