Hi, everybody. Welcome to the Mormon newscast. It is Monday night. It's October 7th,

2024. I am, yep, that's right. RFM always date checks me. I don't know if you've noticed that,

but it's a lot of stress. I have to print out giant printouts of the date and put them by my

computer so I don't make a mistake. I missed the entire month a couple of weeks ago when it was in September and I said October. I got the day right just a month. And I've got me ears wrong too. Notice I never correct you. So I don't know what that says, but I never do. I just let it fly. Anyway, welcome everybody. I'm here with my ever awe-inspiring colleagues. Radio

Free Mormon, how are you today? I'm great. Thank you so much for asking. Excellent. And Bill Real,

of course. How are you? I'm exceptional. How are you doing? How was your day? You know what? Not too bad. It's the

Monday after conference. And there are always varied reactions when you wake up

that day. And you think was that a nightmare? Was it a dream? Did I recover? You know, there's all

kinds of things that go through your mind. But we had to forge ahead because we're going to bring you

an episode of the Mormon newscast where we cover some elements of conference. Now, there was a lot going on.

If any of you watched it or even tuned in and out, there was a lot going on. If any of you watched it or even

tuned in and out, there was so much going on. We can't possibly cover everything. RFM, I know,

covered the second day, right? You had your broadcast. I covered the second day and also covered

the first day in the second day. But yes, exactly. You know, these leaders of the church are getting

so old that general conference is the slowest moving train wreck I've ever seen.

There you go. And I know Nemo also always has a wonderful conference, blow by blow, following each

session. And we're going to do just, you know, a little bit of a version of that. And we have

kind of an interesting spin on it because Bill didn't watch conference at all.

And good for him, I say, had much better things to do than that.
