0:00.0	On August 23, 1982, Dr. Kathy Holland opened her brand new pediatric clinic in Curville, Texas.
0:08.5	He was a small practice with her, a receptionist and a nurse.
0:13.0	She was hopeful that she would find big success in a small town that didn't have its own
0:17.2	pediatrician, and she immediately got recommendations and a few patients were coming in every day.
0:23.3	Unfortunately, they were also crashing in her office and needed to be transferred to

0:29.3	In the first month after her practice opened, seven of Dr. Holland's patients had to be rushed
