Hello, welcome to the All-Out Politics podcast.

I'm Adam Bolton, joining me today, our Sky's senior political correspondent Jason Farrell,

the Times Senior Political correspondent Lucy Fisher, and the head of Sky Data, Harry Carr.

And this week we're going to talk about Brexit. No surprise there.

But we're going to start with should it be sex or gender politics at Westminster, what with

the 100th anniversary of the Representation of the People Act 1918, which gave some women the vote

for the first time and also action being proposed to deal

with the question of sexual harassment at Westminster.

So, if you're a woman and you're interested in politics, what should you do? How should you

approach becoming an MP?

Our correspondent Beth Rigby put that question to the Prime Minister, no less.

When you became an MP in 1997, there were just 13 female MPs on the Conservative Benches.

It must have been quite difficult. What advice would you give your younger self now?

Women do often approach their way of doing politics

is sometimes different from men.

It's the same in business as well.
