But it was a little girl whose arm had basically been mutilated, and they were taking the

flesh of her arm to create for her male genitalia.

I've known of people, very young, 18, 19, 20 that got what you're describing as a radial forearm falloplasty,

where they harvest tissue from the forearm of a female in order to fashion a simulacrum of a male

sex organ. And these surgeries are highly complex. They're not repairing the body. They're

disfiguring it intentionally with the

goal of appearing more like the opposite sex. And I know of one case, at least on Instagram,

where a woman who had that operation done wound up with an elyostomy bag and was urinating

out of her anus and had I think had 30 corrective follow-up surgeries.

These are brutal, brutal operations.
