We're not going to talk about that that much. But I do want to ask you a couple of questions. But I first wanted to know in all of your history of life, what was your worst job?

I don't think anyone who has been willing to pay me to draw pictures is a bad job.

I don't think I could point to anything that I would complain about.

You didn't work at a 7-Eleven or... As long as I've been scouring the scraps that I could,

even during the hungriest days, I was tangentially connected to making art in some capacity.

When we think about that, I was wondering how far back you remember noticing that you had some artistic talent.

And what was that reveal like for you?

Oddly enough, more recently, I think as you go along, you build up these stories of epochs

of your life for yourself, of maybe how capable, how much this was a part of your life at various

points.

And for me, art school was one of the biggest turning points.

And I was a very bad student all growing up,

very distracted, very poor grades. Art school is not that hard to get into. They are happy to take prospective artists' dreams and have them pay tuition. But I was dating a girl in high school and she wanted to become

a fashion designer. So she knew her dream. And I kind of just followed her there. And we broke up

before the summer of school even began. But I took to it. So for a while, that was my narrative.

That was my starting point.

But my parents moved a bit.

And in the process of moving, you know, they surface things, all the little things they had

hoarded away.

And if you're really paying attention, you can see we're kind of genetically baked in
