I definitely agree what's happened with technology in restaurants over a period of several decades

is that we keep bolting technology onto the restaurant operation, and by and large the technology has gotten in the way of the relationship building that should happen between consumers and restaurants, right?

But when they get in the way of that fundamental

relationship, as they have for all this time, small sort of little bits of erosion here and

there start to add up. And it's how you explain where we are now. But they're not doing restaurants,

the basic service of making sure they stay connected to their guests, which is sort of fundamentally the business

that we see Blackbird being in.
