Now, Gemma's podcast, Good Influence, which I had the pleasure of guesting on recently, covers

On today's chat, Gemma and I discuss how she's found life as an

influencer with the responsibility of millions of followers, her love of food, and some of the

Gemma Stiles, welcome to Castaway. How are you?

Thank you very much for having me on Castaway. I'm good, thank you. How are you?

Good. I say Castaway and I'd like to imagine us somewhere on a beach.

I know I instantly imagined that as soon as you said it, so I'm glad you did too.

The reality is a little bit different. How have you been? How has your last year been?

It's been long, I feel like. It's a lot. It feels about 10 years. I mean, it's one of those things, isn't it? Like, it's very British to feel like we can't complain too much.

You know, I feel very lucky that I live in a house that's safe and I have not been in danger sort of over the past year particularly.

I've not had to shield or anything like that, which must be horribly difficult.

But I think we can all agree it's been pretty trying no matter what your

circumstances are. So yeah, I'm I'm ready for it to be over. I'll take any roadmap. I'll take
