interesting proposition for you now it really helps you to tune in with your actual body. I mean, I think it helps

any of us all the time, but especially for you right now because there's so much energy

in your charts that is about being out there in the world and doing

some things out there and you have a lot of ideas and it feels like you have a lot of

energy and you might be working on a lot of cool

stuff or you might be really trying to get to a particular place in your life. You

might have a vision or a goal that you are working very hard right now to

achieve but it feels like this is a lot of idea energy present for you and the idea needs to get grounded in the physical. So the

first thing I have to say for you is Ari's season in 2021 is a great time for you to be in your body.

And whatever it is that you're trying to work on, whatever it is that you're trying to figure out and get supported

when you feel physically strong. I do not mean you can lift 500 pounds over your head and throw it across a parking lot.

A physically strong can be gentle, you know, it can be soft, but it means that you can be

physically present in some way,
