and follow the path to great beer. It's been said that beauty is in the eye of the beer holder and if that beer is in my hand

beauty is directly related to clarity. I know this

probably irks some people those who have adopted a love for all things hazy, but

I can't help these feelings that I feel. I promise it's not the drinker I'm

judging just the way whatever it is their drinking looks

and while I'm perfectly fine sipping the occasional opaque pint that looks more like a

smoothie than beer there's just something about brightness that makes the world

feel right to me.

Larger commercial breweries typically rely on mechanical filtration systems to achieve this level of clarity,

and while smaller scale versions are available to home brewers, they can be kind of cumbersome and a pain to use.
