But we are constantly busy helping others.

While riders, especially in these camps, I mean, it's an easier life than real life.

But even by most standards, any standards really, today's guest has a very, very unique path to signing with cycling's most dominant team.

Hedique or G, as most call her, spent upwards of a decade, seven or eight years it was, I think, as a swanier in the Pro Peloton, but this year officially signed with SDWorks Pro Time.
