Hello everyone, welcome back to another episode of Go Big with B. I am your host, Bailey

Ortega, and I have a super exciting guest today. I have one of my teammates and has become one of my

best friends, Ali Kirkoff.

Allie, how are you doing today?

I'm so good. How are you, Bailey?

I'm good. I'm happy to be here. I'm happy to be back.

Obviously, in the midst of season, things get pretty busy.

But Ali has easily become one of my favorite humans in the short time that we've known each other.

And Bailey, love her today. For real. Allie is a little bundle of sunshine and she is always just so fun to be around and fun to be on the court with.

And for those of you who've gotten to watch her, she has a really big role for us this year as a freshman and she's doing so well and handling it all with grace and just is one of the best people I could ever have on

the floor with me and I'm so grateful to have her here. So, Allie, first just tell me a bit about

yourself. Where are you from? Give me like the whole rundown. So I'm a freshman, like Bailey said.

I'm from Indianapolis, Indiana, so Midwest girls got to stick together, you know.

Yeah, I grew up playing the sport, so I started when I was 11, 10 or 11, and once I picked up the ball, I couldn't put it down.

Did you start out as a bro? Was that always your thing?

I was always really short. I was supposed to be 5'3, so that was really the only thing that I could be.

But my sister played, so I wanted to play naturally.

And, yeah, it was bro from day one.
