Alright, I'm going to start.

First of all, I want to thank everybody for coming out.

It's great to see a bunch of familiar faces and a bunch of new faces.

The format here is I'm going to maybe kick it off for 10 or 15 minutes, maybe a little

kind of how I see things and then I'm going to have an incredible individual join me

to interview a little fireside chat and let her introduce herself in a little bit and

that will go for what, 15, 20 minutes, you think?
